    Setting up a user schedule

      I am looking to set up an automatic call forward for an extension on an Adtran 7100, R11.10.7.HA.E.

      They would like extension 601 to ring extension 601 from 6:00am to 4:00pm, M-F. They would like all calls to this extension to forward to extension 604 during the extension's off hours. I have built these rules under Custom2 in Service Modes and built the rules under Custom2 under extension 601 settings:




      The customer said it is not forwarding at all. If this is not programmed correctly or if you can think of a better way, that would be great.
