    Can't activate new service


      I can't get the Main Line to use a new service. It stays with the current service even though it shows that the new service is active. What am I missing?

          What service are you trying to assign to the Main Line Auto Attendant number?


          Click on the Services tab on the left hand side, then right click on the service that you want to assign to that Main Line Attendant number and click on activate Service. Then check the box at the top for main line. Click OK. See if that updated it.
